PA Workforce During COVID-19

Thank you for all of your incredible work during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

The HAPA board recently submitted proposed language to Lieutenant Governor Josh Green waiving statutory physician supervision requirements during a declared public health emergency. The purpose of this declaration is to enable Hawaii to fully mobilize the PA workforce to meet the potential increase in demand for services during this pandemic.
