URGENT: Submit Preceptor Tax Credit Testimony

The 2026 legislative session continues!

We need your support of a measure being heard this Friday Feb 27th - HB1591, Preceptor Tax Credit, which adds PAs and PA students to the eligible provider list for the preceptor tax credit.

Please support this measure by providing testimony. Testimony can either be individual or on behalf of your practice.

Testimony must be submitted by Thursday Feb 26th before 10 am (24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing).

Submitting written testimony is easy and very impactful!

First create an account at https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/
The search HB1591 and click "submit testimony"
Then click "continue"
You can upload a letter or simply write your comments in the text box that populates (I have included a letter template that you can copy and paste the content. Please see area highlighted yellow for you to insert your own narrative about being a preceptor)
