Aloha HAPA Members!
Our 34th Annual Aloha Medical Conference will be October 14-18 2024 at the Ala Moana Hotel
Are you interested in event planning, volunteer opportunities, and education? Then join our Aloha Medical Conference Planning Committee!

We have 3 subdivisions of planning each led by one of our HAPA Board Members:
1. Work with Kristen to acquire and organize conference speakers & exhibitors and assist with CME accreditation, surveys, and conference tech.
2. Work with Megan to plan social events and advertising
3. Work with Maddie to organize swag, giveaways, raffles, and learn about conference financials
Not sure where you fit in? No worries! Send us a message and we will find a way for you to help.
We are also looking for week of volunteers to help with registration, speaker prep, survey collection and more.
Students are welcome to volunteer and will be eligible for a private networking event and panel discussion on the PA profession after the conference.
