With the passage of Act 293, which - among other expansions - allows PAs caring for a patient to execute a Provider Order for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST), there is a need to ensure PAs offering this care have adequate training on the correct implementation of this important document.

Hawaii Pacific Health has been kind enough to offer free training with CME accredited through ACCME. Please see the attached flyers for upcoming classes on Kauai and Oahu. There is no cost to attend, and the class includes food!
