Position Description

A thriving 150-bed medical center in the heart of Hawaii is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their urology care team. The medical center is annually ranked as the highest quality hospital in the state and in the top 3% for quality measures nationally.

Join a dynamic team of 3 board certified urologists who are seeking a nurse practitioner to help with surging patient demand.

Dedicated experience to urology preferred, but not required. The practices physicians do have the willingness to trained providers without direct urology experience.

The Position:

  • Outpatient Only - Monday - Friday - no call required
  • Low Patient Volume: Average of 18 - 20 Patients per day
  • Full Benefit Package including 39 days off annually (20 PTO, 5 CME, 14 Holidays) as well as a 401k with a 4% match
  • Base Salary Range starting at $150,000/year
  • $10,000 Sign-on/Relocation Package provided to help move to the island
  • $25,000 annually for student loans
