Our 30th Annual is October 29-November 2, 2018 at the Sheraton Waikiki. Come to Hawaii and enjoy the beaches and some good CME as well. We will be offering 25 hours of Cat l CME. Due to the increasing cost of Banquet/Luau, we cannot have one this year, but have been able to obtain discount Sunset Dinner cruise tickets.
CME Hours:
Twenty-five applied for through AAPA. The certificate will not be mailed, but available at the conference on the last day. If you have to leave early, arrangements will be made for you.
Reservations:

Transportation:
SpeediShuttle provides shared ride airport transportation in Mercedes shuttles between Honolulu International Airport and the Sheraton Waikiki at the rate of $15.48 one way, $29.41 round trip (10% return discount when booked together). Guests with prearranged arrival reservations are met in the baggage claim area, then directed to their waiting shuttle. Vehicle amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, 6’1” headroom, three point seat restraints, adjustable headrests and roomy comfortable seats.

Refunds minus $25 processing fee will be available for any written notification post-marked before September 30, 2018. Cancellations after September 30, 2018 will not be refunded or if you don’t register for the conference.
